Objective
Create a tree diagram in Canva that maps the levels of Pakistan’s education system in order, showing the grade levels, student ages, and the types of schools at each stage.

Structure
Start from the root node at the top or left: “Pakistan’s Education System”
Branch into the following levels in sequence:
- Pre-Primary (KG/Nursery): Ages 3-5. Not compulsory. Offered by private schools and some government schools.
- Primary: Grades 1-5, Ages 5-10. Compulsory under Article 25-A of the Constitution. Public and private schools.
- Middle: Grades 6-8, Ages 10-13. Public middle schools, private schools.
- Secondary (Matric): Grades 9-10, Ages 13-15. Leads to SSC (Secondary School Certificate) examination by the relevant Board of Education (e.g., Karachi Board).
- Higher Secondary (Inter): Grades 11-12, Ages 15-17. Leads to HSSC (Higher Secondary School Certificate). Colleges and some schools. Science, Arts, and Commerce streams.
- University / Higher Education: Ages 17+. Bachelor’s, Master’s, M.Phil., and Ph.D. levels. Regulated by HEC (Higher Education Commission of Pakistan).
Additional Branches to Add
From the Secondary and Higher Secondary levels, add a branch for:
- Technical and Vocational Education (TEVTA/PVTC): An alternative path after middle or secondary school.
Design in Canva
- Use a top-down or left-to-right tree layout.
- Each level is a node connected by a line to the next level.
- Color-code by stage: one color for primary, another for secondary, another for higher education.
- Include grade numbers and ages inside each node.
Required Elements
- All six main levels of the system.
- Grade range and student age range for each level.
- Technical/vocational branch included.
