Create a concept map in Canva that maps the components of a healthy lifestyle and shows how they connect.

Central Concept

Place “Healthy Lifestyle” at the center.

Main Branches

Connect at least five pillars:

  • Nutrition and Diet
  • Physical Activity
  • Sleep and Rest
  • Mental and Emotional Health
  • Personal Hygiene
  • Social Connections

For Each Pillar, Add Specific Habits

  • Nutrition: Eating vegetables daily, limiting sugary drinks, drinking enough water
  • Physical Activity: Walking 30 minutes daily, stretching, playing a sport
  • Sleep: 7-8 hours per night, a consistent sleep time, avoiding screens before bed
  • Mental Health: Daily prayer and reflection, talking to someone you trust, reducing unnecessary stress
