Distance Learning for Environmental Education

Environmental education only reaches students through prepared teachers. This chapter looks at what that preparation involves, from pre-service and in-service training to the world views and equity questions behind the subject, and then at how distance learning stretches both teacher training and student learning across the globe through simple, low-cost technology.
