Climate Change and Frameworks

A changing climate is an education problem as much as an environmental one. It keeps children out of school, hits the poorest communities hardest, and puts development goals at risk. This chapter follows that link, then turns to the international agreements that tie a safe environment and environmental learning to a child’s rights, and asks how to build the subject into everyday schooling.
