A study has at least two variables: the strategy the teacher introduces, and the outcome she watches for change. This chapter shows how to name and measure them.
Anything that can change. The difference between variable and constant.
The cause. The strategy or intervention the teacher introduces.
The effect. The outcome the teacher measures.
